SAFETY
Paramount to all within Evolution Group, is the safety of our operatives and those who work around us. Our workforce is our most valuable asset and keeping them and the general public safe is our main priority.
We ensure all our operatives and management receive specific training and are provided with the most up-to-date information to ensure they are working to all current industry legislation and standards. Our processes, training, and operations are regularly monitored and reviewed to ensure we provide the safest possible service.
RECYCLING & SUSTAINABILITY
We understand the importance of protecting the environment we work within. Evolution believes every operative has a responsibility towards environmental protection. We provide our operatives with regular training to ensure they are kept up-to-date and work within industry legislation.
As a registered waste carrier, we use only responsible registered waste disposal contractors. Records are kept to ensure a trail of all our waste is available. Over 80% of the waste we generate is reused or recycled. We run a large reclaim yard to ensure all possible materials are salvaged where possible. Our timber is obtained from sustainable sources and all our suppliers are subject to a strict qualification and audit process.
