Project: Hilton Hotel Silverstone
Scope: External Works
Duration: 5 Weeks
Upon completion of the ground works our client tasked us with the formation of the external works to the Hilton Hotel Silverstone.
These works involved:

Formation of retaining walls
-
Paving
-
Tarmac resurfacing
-
Planting
The works were run within the Silverstone Circuit and and required extensive planning to work alongside the busy site.
Works were also programmed to finish for the British GP - an immovable deadline.
Project: GMV 278 West Parkside
Scope: 278 Works
Duration: 4 Weeks
Upon completion of various onsite enable works packages Evolution were tasked with the completion of the 278 phase of works these included:

New site access and egress points
-
New width restriction points
-
Re-organisation of one way streets
Evolution managed and implemented all local authority liaison and traffic management as well as the physical works.
Given the other significant development in the area the works had to be coordinated development wide with a number of main contractors and other stakeholders in the area.
Project: Norwich NR1
Scope: Hard and Soft External Works
Duration: 5 Weeks
Upon completion of the wider development works. Evolution were tasked with the external hard and soft landscaping works, these involved:

Kerning and paving

Tarmac and resign bound finishes

Resurfacing to the cannel wall

Extensive spoil import to improve planting conditions

Turfing and planting
The works were undertaken around the development and the occupied buildings which required extensive planning and resident liaison.
Project: Silverstone Carpark
Scope: Phase 2 External Works
Duration: 5 Weeks
Evolution were tasked with the preparation of the external areas in anticipation of the British Grand Prix.
These works included:

Significant re tracing to existing roads

Formation of new access and egress points for the public and hotel guests

Formation of temporary car park coverings for the event
-
Services provisions for future works
Working in close collaboration with Silverstone operations the works were progressed in public areas to a tight program to be ready for the British Grand Prix.
Project: Greenwich Millennium Village
Scope: Demolition, Asbestos Removal
Duration: 15 Weeks
As part of a wider enabling project Evolution were tasked with the formation of a concierge suit for the wider development. This suit required parking facilities via and new carpark and adjacent landscaping.
Evolution constructed the new concierge suit as well as the new carparks and adjacent landscaping.
As part of the wider Civils project Evolution completed the 278 works and hardscaping to the development.

Project: Mardyke Estate
Scope: 278 Works and Hard Landscaping
Duration: 10 Weeks
Project: Crows Farm
Scope: External works and 278
Duration: 8 Weeks
Upon completion of the groundworks phase of works Evolution undertook the 278 works and hardscaping.

Project: High Gate
Scope: Hardscaping
Duration: 6 Weeks
Evolution undertook the hard landscaping works for the new development. The site required extensive planning due to its tight footprint and restricted space. The finishes were bespoke cut pebbles and granite set paving laid to a high spec finish.
Project: Anstey Hall
Scope: Hardscaping
Duration: 3 Weeks
As part of an adjacent development our client required a new access to be provided to a wedding venue.
Evolution undertook the full construction and finishes to the new access road to the tight program to ensure the venue could meet booking obligations for Valentine's Day!
Project: Market Square
Scope: Hard Landscaping and Drainage
Duration: 5 Weeks
As part of preparation works for future development works and roof removal Evolution where tasked with the upgrading of existing podium drainage systems and the subsequent repaving of areas
The works required the changing of existing podium drainage systems and channels as well as formations of openings for new firefighting provisions.
Evolution removed, supplied and re-laid the new equipment within the busy Market Square area whilst keeping the adjacent market open.
Project: Vic Johnson House
Scope: Hard Landscaping
Duration: 5 Weeks
As part of the wider groundworks package Evolution were tasked with the completion of the new external areas.
The works included:

New plating areas

Water features
The works were completed around the occupied development as part of the regeneration scheme.
